"Semistand method that works quite well with several 400 ASA films at box speed or less: Neopan 400, Tri-X and HP5+ etc. Initial agitation 30sec. Then turn the tank twice on 9min, 6min and 3min marks."

Non e' indicata la temperatura (suppongo circa 20°) e non ho capito bene in che momenti ribaltare, credo che cmq provero' questa ricetta... Ho voglia di semistand in Rodinal...
